Why I Started the Podcast

“My ultimate goal is to show up in every context just as I am — and I invite you to do the same.”

I launched Jadonna, LIVE! in 2023 after a string of personal reckonings—chronic illness, work burnout, and new motherhood. I wanted a space to speak my mind, process, and ask questions without judgement.

I don’t care about being the coolest, best, or most interesting person out there. My goal is to just be myself and to invite folks in along the way who are on the same journey.

Here, I share personal stories, learnings, and frustrations that are authentically me and sometimes that’s uncool and offensive. My ultimate goal is to show up in every context just as I am— and I invite you to do the same.
